This pattern Carnavalet was Mariano Fortuny’s first decorative design commission and was inspired by 17th century design
These cushions are a divine greyish blue with subtle silver overlay and are all made from a narrow loom width of 25” (selvedge to selvedge)
This one pictured is a large panel edged top and bottom with a pinky melon Claremont braid on antique linen - antique linen back - zipped
