Orders

Simply place orders online from this website by selecting products for the shopping basket. Or, if you prefer to order by telephone simply call 07977 127 862 anyday including weekends between 10-6. If I am not available please leave your name and number and I will call you back.

Payment

All prices are in GBP, we accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. Internet orders receive a confirmation email prior to despatch and an invoice with the order. Telephone orders receive a card payment receipt and invoice with the order.

Delivery

Mainland UK: All cushion prices are inclusive of UK P&P - and are dispatched within 7 days by Royal Mail recorded delivery - a signature is required on arrival.

International: Cushions can be posted worldwide and postage is charged at cost - Please contact me prior to ordering on T: 07977 127 862

Shipping

UK deliveries: We use local couriers and have a weekly delivery service to London - this service is at cost and payment is made directly to the courier.

International deliveries: I am happy to obtain quotes on your behalf from several reputable shipping companies - if you wish to proceed payment is then made direct to the company.
